The hotel was convenient for shopping and quiet for sleeping. The rooms were not serviced during my stay, but being on the main floor made access easy. The friendly staff made my mini family reunion a breeze, although they preauthorized my credit card for too much. The location was perfect for my needs, with nearby dining and shopping options, yet the closure of my favorite morning tea spot was disappointing. The dining experience included complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit until 11 am, which was a nice touch.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were functional and clean, but the noise levels were unbearable, leading to a room change late at night. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The service was pleasant and accommodating, even offering an extra hour for us to enjoy the hot tub. The location was convenient and good, with restaurants nearby, although a bit far from our intended destination. Dining was satisfying, with complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit. Price and value for money were not specifically addressed.
The hotel had some positives like friendly and helpful staff and being close to shopping and dining options. However, the room was not fully prepared as expected, and the presence of smoke was troubling for us as asthmatics.
Although I had a bit of a rough start with noise issues, the hotel staff were quick to help and made my stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy with a kitchen available for convenience, but the initial noise was a downside. The location was great with easy access to dining and shopping, even though my usual morning spot was closed unexpectedly.
